General Terms
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have received consent from a legal guardian. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
All prices, product availability, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without notice. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images; however, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings.
Orders & Payment
All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
Customers must provide accurate billing and shipping details when placing an order. If an order is delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we are not responsible for any additional costs incurred.
Payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateways. By completing a transaction, you agree that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. If a payment is declined, we reserve the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
Shipping & Delivery
We strive to process and ship orders within 2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the customer’s location, selected shipping method, and carrier delays. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers.
If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@thenailsupplier.com so we can initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. If an order is reported as lost more than 30 days after the delivery date, it will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Returns & Refunds
We value customer satisfaction and offer a return policy for eligible products. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Opened or used nail polishes, gel polishes, or liquids (due to hygiene reasons).
- Clearance or sale items.
- Custom or personalized products.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.
A 15% restocking fee may apply for large or wholesale orders. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where an item is defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thenailsupplier.com with photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped for a full refund. However, if an order has already been dispatched, customers must follow the return process outlined above. Shipping costs for canceled orders that have already shipped are non-refundable.
Product Use & Liability
Customers are responsible for using products in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. We are not liable for any misuse, allergic reactions, or adverse effects resulting from the use of our products. If you have concerns about product ingredients or potential sensitivities, please review product labels or contact us before purchasing.
We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, but we do not guarantee that all information will be completely error-free. If a product description contains an error, we reserve the right to correct it without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on The Nail Supplier website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the exclusive property of The Nail Supplier. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any website content is strictly prohibited.
Customers may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content from our website without explicit written permission from The Nail Supplier.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Nail Supplier shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products.
Our liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration or in the courts located in the State of California, United States.
By using our website, you agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit and pursue claims only on an individual basis.
