  1. Returned Products: Refunds are available for products returned in compliance with our Return Policy.
    • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, you are eligible for a full refund, including shipping costs.

  1. Submit a Request: Email us at orders@thenailsupplier.com with your order number and details about your refund request. For damaged or defective items, include photos as evidence.
  2. Approval: Once your request is approved, you will receive confirmation via email.
  3. Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refund Methods

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing Time by Bank: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund in your account.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Returned items that are opened, used, or not in their original condition.
  • Clearance, sale, or final-sale items.
  • Orders reported as lost or damaged more than 30 days after delivery.

Partial Refunds
