- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, you are eligible for a full refund, including shipping costs.

- Approval: Once your request is approved, you will receive confirmation via email.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refund Methods
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Processing Time by Bank: Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund in your account.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:- Returned items that are opened, used, or not in their original condition.
- Clearance, sale, or final-sale items.
- Orders reported as lost or damaged more than 30 days after delivery.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:- If items are returned with missing parts or are not in original condition.
- For orders involving wholesale or bulk purchases, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
